Quotes, Execution, and Finality

Quotes are time-sensitive and may change due to market conditions, network congestion, or liquidity updates. A transaction is considered final once executed and confirmed according to applicable network conditions. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

You are solely responsible for entering correct wallet addresses, selecting the correct network, and verifying all transaction details before submission. SwapCult is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user-provided destination information.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your devices and wallets, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for your own tax reporting, accounting treatment, and regulatory obligations related to your transactions.

Prohibited Use

You may not use SwapCult for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market abuse, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized access attempts, or any activity that harms users, systems, or service integrity. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with competent authorities.

Fees and Taxes

Applicable fees, spreads, and network costs may be included in quotes or displayed during the transaction flow. You remain fully responsible for all taxes, duties, and reporting obligations associated with your digital asset activity.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service at our discretion where necessary for legal compliance, platform security, abuse prevention, maintenance, or operational risk control.

Intellectual Property

All SwapCult branding, content, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to SwapCult and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you through use of the service.

Risk and No Advice

Digital assets are volatile and involve significant risk, including partial or total loss. SwapCult does not provide financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Any educational content is provided for general informational purposes only.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. SwapCult does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific market outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwapCult is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from market volatility, network failures, third-party systems, user errors, or events beyond our reasonable control.
